- Water - 4 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Melted Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cured beef - 7.1 oz
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and pour in 2 cups of flour (400 grams), then add the yeast dissolved in warm water. Knead the dough. During the kneading process, you can add flour until the dough stops sticking and becomes 'manageable'. After that, form it into a ball and coat it with olive oil on all sides, place it in a bowl, cover it, and set it in a warm place without drafts.
Step 2
From 200 grams of tomatoes, make a tomato sauce using a meat grinder or an immersion blender. Then, add about 50 grams of grated Parmesan and 25 grams of grated mozzarella to the mixture, pass 2 cloves of garlic through a garlic press, and add them along with the spices to the tomato sauce. This will be our sauce made from tomatoes, cheeses, and spices.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake the crust for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the beef, tomatoes, mozzarella, and bell pepper into thin slices.
Step 5
Spread the red sauce evenly over the crust, then layer the slices of beef, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper, mozzarella, and finally sprinkle with herbs.
