Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Water - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Dry yeast - ½ teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Chorizo - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add yeast, flour, salt, sugar, and oil to warm water. Leave in a warm place for half an hour.
Step 2
Slice the sausage, cut the tomato and onion into rings, and grate the cheese. Mix the tomato paste with garlic.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin round flatbread, make holes with a fork, and place in a preheated oven for five minutes.
Step 4
Remove the flatbread from the oven, spread the mixture of paste and garlic, and return to the oven for another five minutes.
Step 5
Top the flatbread with sausage, green beans, tomatoes, onion, and olives. Drizzle with mayonnaise and ketchup. Sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for 15–20 minutes.
