- Vodka - 2 teaspoons
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.7 oz
- Ketchup - 2.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Spicy salami - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Cervelat Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the yeast, sugar, and water and leave it in a warm place.
Step 2
Then sift the flour into a bowl and add the egg, vodka, fat, oil, and the yeast mixture. Knead well — the dough should be slightly liquid.
Step 3
Next, prepare the filling — cut the sausage into strips and also the pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Spread the rolled-out dough with ketchup and mayonnaise. Lay out the sausage and bell pepper. Sprinkle with cheese on top and bake in a well-preheated oven until done.
