Ingredients

  • Crayfish - 17.6 oz
  • Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Marinated cherries - 3.9 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - 6 oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 2

Grease a large baking sheet and lay out the rolled dough in a circle or rectangle. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3

Place the shellfish in a strainer and squeeze out excess water.

Step 4

Spread the shellfish over the dough, sprinkle with minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and half of the salt. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and return to the oven for 8-10 minutes (do not overcook, or the shellfish will become tough).

Step 5

In a large bowl, mix the salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, vinegar, remaining salt, and black pepper. Top the hot pizza with the salad and serve.
