Pizza with Smoked Meats and Prunes

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Dry yeast - 0.9 oz
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 10.6 oz
  • Prunes - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
  • Tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Red Curry Powder - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the glaze, finely chop the garlic and onion.

Step 2

Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and chop finely. Place the oil and tomatoes over low heat.

Step 3

Dissolve the sugar in 1 tablespoon of water and mix it with the tomatoes. Add the chopped garlic and onion mixture and heat well again. Add curry powder to the mixture. Let cool and infuse.

Step 4

Prepare the yeast dough, let it rise, knead it thoroughly again, and place it on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Drizzle the dough with oil again.

Step 5

Finely chop the smoked meats and place them on the prepared dough. Pour boiling water over the prunes, chop them, and place them on top of the smoked meats.

Step 6

Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove, pour the glaze over it, and bake for another 10 minutes.
