Ingredients
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Unleavened dough - 8.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Arugula - to taste
- Salted anchovies in oil - 5.3 oz
- Melted Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a circle, about one centimeter thick. Place it on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and set it in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Once the dough has risen slightly, poke holes all over the surface of the crust with a fork.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, arrange the tomatoes and anchovies, sprinkle with grated cheese, and add pepper.
Step 4
Place in a preheated Hotpoint-Ariston oven at 428°F for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with arugula before serving.
