- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Potato - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Asparagus - 0.9 oz
- Green Peas - 0.9 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Pizza Flour - 14.1 oz
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Artichoke bottoms - 1 piece
- Melted Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread the spinach leaves over the sauce, then add pieces of tomato, and top with the remaining vegetables and herbs.
Step 2
Mix the cheeses and sprinkle them on top. Place the artichoke in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 18-20 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse and trim the spinach leaves, then pat them dry with a towel.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm on a lightly floured surface. Place it on a greased baking sheet and use your fingers to create a small crust. Spread the base with tomato sauce almost to the edges.
