- Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Pizza Flour - 14.1 oz
- Squid - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the tomatoes through a medium-hole sieve, leaving the pulp.
Step 2
Clean the squid from the thin skin on the body and rinse thoroughly. Cut the squid fillets into rings about 5 mm thick. Pat dry.
Step 3
Roll out the pizza dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm. Spread the tomato paste on it, leaving the edges uncovered. Arrange the shrimp and pieces of squid fillet on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, add salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 176-250°C until golden brown.
