- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Chorizo - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Wild Garlic Greens - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, beat in the egg, and mix in salt. Add flour until the dough resembles thick sour cream. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, pour the dough onto it, and wait for it to spread across the sheet. Place it in the oven for 5–7 minutes. When the dough is slightly browned, remove it from the oven and add the toppings.
Step 3
Thickly spread tomato paste over the entire surface of the dough, then evenly distribute finely chopped sausage, pickles, and sliced onion, sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Place the pizza in the oven and bake until ready.
