Description
To cut thin and even pieces, the bread should be frozen beforehand.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 27.2 oz
- Whole egg - 2.8 oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- White bread - 12.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Add melted butter, egg yolks, and salt to the minced meat.
Step 2
Cut the crustless bread into thin strips, about 3–5 mm wide.
Step 3
Shape the patties and coat them in breadcrumbs until they are fully covered.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated skillet and add butter. Fry the patties over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Then transfer them to a baking sheet and finish cooking in an oven preheated to 356°F for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with baked potatoes and a white mushroom sauce.
