Description
This recipe uses pollock fillet, but in the classic version, it is pike perch. In general, you can prepare any fish this way. Adjust the amount of salt to your taste, as well as the amount of butter; you can use more. It can be served with a side of mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Fish - 24.7 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard (add half a teaspoon of salt to the water while boiling to prevent the eggs from cracking).
Step 3
Once the eggs are done boiling, cool them in cold water (this makes them easier to peel).
Step 4
Peel the cooled eggs.
Step 5
While the broth is boiling, wash and clean the fish (if necessary).
Step 6
Cut into small pieces.
Step 7
Carefully place the cut fish into the boiling broth.

Cook until done (you can check for doneness by tasting the fish, but it depends on the size of the pieces and the type of fish).
Step 9
Chop the onions.
Step 10
Set aside in a separate container.
Step 11
Melt the butter.
Step 12
Chop the eggs and mix them with the butter.

Mix everything together.
