Description

This dish can be prepared in a silicone baking dish with a lid. It can be served warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Pollock fillet - 14.1 oz
  • Zucchini Caviar - 10.6 oz
  • Parsley - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Gradually thaw the pollock.

Step 2

Transfer the caviar to a baking dish. Place the pollock fillet on top of the caviar. Cover with a lid. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10–15 minutes.

Step 3

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
