Description
This is a simple way to prepare fish. The remaining flour can be omitted and instead of making a batter, you can just sprinkle the cooked fish with fried onions and simmer it under a lid with a small amount of water for a few minutes. You can also sprinkle with herbs when serving or offer your favorite sauce with the fish. Enjoy your meal.
