Description

This is a simple way to prepare fish. The remaining flour can be omitted and instead of making a batter, you can just sprinkle the cooked fish with fried onions and simmer it under a lid with a small amount of water for a few minutes.   • Navy Pollock - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Clarified Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 7 fl oz

Thaw the fish.
