Pomegranate Bracelet
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- New Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Smoked Chicken - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Pomegranate Seeds - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beets, carrots, potatoes, and eggs. Grate the cooked vegetables and eggs separately into different bowls using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it. Place a small cup in the center of the dish where you plan to serve the salad. Layer the salad around the cup to create a bracelet shape. Some layers can be lightly salted and peppered to taste, if desired.
Step 4
First layer - potatoes, mayonnaise.
Step 5
Second layer - half of the beetroot, mayonnaise.
Step 6
Layer 3 - carrots, mayonnaise.

The fourth layer - walnuts.

Layer 5 - half of the chicken, mayonnaise.

6th layer - fried onions.
Step 10
Layer 7 - mayonnaise and eggs.

8th layer - half of the chicken, mayonnaise.

The 9th layer - half of the beet.
Step 13
Remove the cup and generously coat the salad on top with mayonnaise. Cover the entire surface of the salad with pomegranate seeds.
