Pomegranate Bracelet Salad
Ingredients
- Carrot - 6 oz
- Cauliflower - 9.7 oz
- Water - 1 qt
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Pomegranate Seeds - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard. Also, boil the cauliflower and carrot in salted water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Step 3
Send them to the heated oil in the pan. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the cream cheese. Sauté over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Finely chop the cauliflower and add salt.
Step 6
Form a ring shape with the cauliflower, using a glass in the center. Layer mayonnaise on top.
Step 7
Boil the turkey in salted water for 20 minutes. Cool and finely chop. Add salt.
Step 8
Form a second layer with the turkey and spread mayonnaise on it.
Step 9
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and mix with mayonnaise.
Step 10
Layer the grated carrot next.
Step 11
Then add a layer of mushrooms.
Step 12
Finely chop the eggs and mix with mayonnaise.
Step 13
Layer the eggs on top.
Step 14
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds on top.
Step 15
Garnish with dill and serve.
