Ingredients
- Prunes - 3.5 oz
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Smoked Chicken - 14.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and boil the vegetables until tender. Let them cool.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it well, dry it slightly, and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Pour 25 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the onion.
Step 4
Fry the onion over medium heat with the lid off until golden brown. Transfer the cooked onion to a plate to cool.
Step 5
Place a glass in the center of the plate.
Step 6
Peel the cooled boiled potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater. Arrange the potatoes around the glass on the plate. Add salt to taste and spread with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Cut the smoked chicken breast into cubes and layer it on top of the potatoes. Spread with mayonnaise.
Step 8
Place the cooled fried onion on top of the meat layer.
Step 9
Soak the prunes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Dry the prunes with a paper towel, cut them into strips, and place them on the fried onion.
Step 10
Peel the boiled cooled beetroot and grate it on a coarse grater. Layer it next. Spread with mayonnaise.
Step 11
Peel the pomegranate. Arrange the pomegranate seeds on top. Carefully remove the glass. Optionally, decorate with prunes.
