Description
An excellent marinade for chicken, pork, and ribs on the grill. Use a small amount to brush the meat while cooking to create a caramelized crust.
Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 8 pieces
- Thyme - 0.5 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 3.5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - ¼ cup
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 5 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a mortar, grind the garlic cloves with black pepper and chili powder. Then add the bay leaves and thyme - grind well again. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the molasses, vinegar, and olive oil. Mix everything well.
