Ingredients
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring half of the pomegranate juice to a boil with the sugar. Cook until the juice is reduced by half.
Step 2
Add cornstarch to the remaining juice and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the cold juice into the boiling sauce while stirring.
Step 4
Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, and remove from heat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
