Description

Marinate the meat for 2 hours. For this marinade, the following meats are suitable: pork (1 kg) — cook in a sleeve for 1 hour 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius; chicken breast (1.5 kg) — cook in a sleeve for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius; pork ribs (1 kg) — cook in a sleeve for 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - 7 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Khmeli-suneli - ½ teaspoon

Prepare the ingredients.
