- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Curry Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Pork Mince - 2 lbs
- Stale Bread - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the bread into crumbs.
Step 2
Make a puree from the onion.
Step 3
Add the onion puree, bread crumbs, salt, curry, pepper, and beaten egg whites to the minced meat and knead.
Step 4
With wet hands, form 15 balls from the mixture, roll them in flour, and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Place the cutlets in a deep dish and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
