- Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Nut crumb - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat.
Step 3
Soak the bread crumbs in milk and let them swell. Squeeze out the excess milk and transfer the bread to the bowl with the minced meat.
Step 4
Peel the potato, grate it finely, and add it to the minced meat.
Step 5
Peel and crush the garlic, then add it to the minced meat.
Step 6
Also add the egg to the minced meat.
Step 7
Mix all the ingredients and pound the mixture against the bottom of the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly again.

Heat a frying pan, shape the minced meat into small patties, and place as many patties as possible in the pan. Fry for about a minute on each side over high heat until the meat forms a firm golden crust. Then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and fry for another 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
