Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 5.3 oz
- Sole fillets - 10.6 oz
- White bread - 2.8 oz
- Milk - 4 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, finely chop the onion, and sauté it in heated oil.
Step 2
Wash and dry the pork and fish fillet, then pass them through a meat grinder along with the sautéed onion.
Step 3
Add the bread soaked in milk or cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix, and pass through the meat grinder again.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley to the prepared meat mixture.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly, form small patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in a pan with heated oil, then place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.
