Description

- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Mushroom seasoning - to taste
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 head
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash and peel the carrots, wash the potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into small slices.
Step 4
Place the potatoes and meat in a baking dish.
Step 5
Make vertical cuts in the meat with a knife.
Step 6
Open the openings.
Step 7
Stuff the meat with garlic.

Insert pieces of carrot into the same openings as stuffing.

Cut the remaining carrots in the same way as the potatoes and place them with the other ingredients in the dish.
