  • Orange juice concentrate - 8 fl oz
  • Gelatin - 0.5 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.1 oz
  • Gherkins - 3.2 oz
  • Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Eel - 4.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fry the pork chops until cooked and let them cool.

Step 2

In hot fruit juice, add the previously soaked gelatin and dissolve it.

Step 3

Arrange the cooled chops with olives and gherkins, then pour the jelly over them. Serve the dish on lettuce leaves.
