Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- 9% Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the pork tenderloin and pound it to a thickness of 1.5 mm.
Step 2
Marinate the pork in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and Italian herbs for 1 hour in a cool place. Add salt to taste.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Crack the egg into a bowl and lightly beat it. Mix the cheese with the flour. Dip the pork chops first in the egg, then in the cheese, and place them in the skillet. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Step 5
Place on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Sprinkle with cheese.
