Pork Chops with Marinated Peppers

Ingredients

  • Pork chop with bone - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
  • Dry White Wine - ¼ cup
  • Chicken Broth - ¼ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Rub the chops with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a skillet over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Sear the chops on both sides for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3

Place the skillet with the chops in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the cooked chops to a plate, and put the skillet over medium heat.

Step 5

Add the remaining oil and sauté the thinly sliced garlic and halved peppers.

Step 6

Cook until the garlic turns golden.

Step 7

Drizzle the resulting sauce over the chops and serve. Enjoy your meal!
