Ingredients
- Pork chop with bone - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
- Dry White Wine - ¼ cup
- Chicken Broth - ¼ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Rub the chops with salt and pepper.

In a skillet over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Sear the chops on both sides for 5-8 minutes.

Place the skillet with the chops in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
