  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Pork Mince - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Spices - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • White bread - 1 slice

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place a slice of white bread in a bowl and soak it with a small amount of water until the bread softens.

Step 2

In another bowl, add the ground pork and season it with spices to taste. Then add the egg and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the soaked bread to the mixture and combine everything into a homogeneous mass.

Step 4

Next, take the onion and chop it into small pieces, then press it through a garlic press over the bowl with the meat mixture; the onion will release juice and get minced. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Step 5

Form small cutlets from the resulting mixture, then coat them in flour. Only after all the cutlets are prepared, heat a pan with vegetable oil over the stove. Once the pan is hot, place the cutlets on it and fry until golden brown. When one side of the cutlets is browned, flip them over and reduce the heat. Then cover the cutlets with a lid and let them simmer until cooked through for about 7-10 minutes.
