Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 14.1 oz
- Veal Liver - 10.6 oz
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the pork, soaked bread in milk and slightly squeezed, and cleaned and washed onion through a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Wash the liver, clean it from membranes, season with salt, and fry in heated oil.
Step 3
Form small patties from the pork mixture, placing a bit of liver filling on each.
Step 4
Seal the edges, shape into cutlets, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in heated oil.
Step 5
Serve, sprinkled with herbs, alongside fried potatoes, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, or pickled mushrooms.
