Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 28.2 oz
- Hard Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 2.5 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Parsley - to taste
- Mixed salad greens - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the pork, pat dry, and cut into portion-sized pieces no thicker than 1.5 cm. Then, pound with a kitchen mallet, season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in well-heated vegetable oil for 1 minute on each side.
Step 2
Grate the hard cheese, add the breadcrumbs, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley. Add the egg yolk and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the fried escalopes on a baking sheet and spread the prepared mixture on top. Bake in the oven at 392°F for about 10–15 minutes. Serve on salad leaves.
