Pork 'Fingers' with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Pork tenderloin - 2 lbs
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, and sauté them in vegetable oil. Mix everything together, adding finely chopped dill and salt.
Step 2
Cut the pork into slices about 1 cm thick and pound them well. Season each piece with salt and pepper, and spread mayonnaise on one side. Place a little filling on top, roll them up, and tie with string.
Step 3
Lightly fry the 'Fingers' on both sides in a skillet, then transfer to a pot (pour a glass of water at the bottom). Add salt to taste and simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
