Pork Goulash
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Leek - 1.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.5 oz
- Water - ½ cup
- Sour Cream - 1½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Dill - ½ bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and leek coarsely.
Step 2
Chop the garlic coarsely as well.
Step 3
Finely chop the dill.
Step 4
Cut the ham into small cubes, season with oil and mustard.
Step 5
Mix and place in a dry hot skillet. Add salt.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, add the onion and stir.
Step 7
Add sumac and chili.
Step 8
Add the tomato paste.
Step 9
Pour in the water and mix.
Step 10
Reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 11
After 7 minutes, add the sour cream and garlic. Stir and cook for another one and a half minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a deep dish and sprinkle with dill.
