Pork in apple marinade, baked in foil

Ingredients

  • Green Apples - 1 piece
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Dried Rosemary - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Pork Blood - 24.7 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the pork and rub it with salt, pepper, and mint.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and milk, then inject the mixture into the pork on all sides using a syringe.

Step 3

Peel and core the apple, then chop it in a blender or grate it. Squeeze the garlic clove into the apple puree. Place the pork into the mixture, thoroughly coat it in the apple puree on all sides, and let it marinate in a cool place for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Step 4

Line a baking tray with two layers of foil, transfer the pork and marinade onto the foil, and tightly seal the edges.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180–392°F and bake the pork for 45–60 minutes.
