Description

- Pork Neck - 10 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Onion - 5 oz
- Light Beer - 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 10 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 0 oz
- Canned Sturgeon in Tomato Sauce - 0 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Then, in a hot skillet, fry the potatoes under a lid until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Step 5
Fry the pork over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates.
Step 6
Add onion and salt to the pork, then add oyster mushrooms, beer, and black pepper. Simmer until cooked through.
Step 7
On a plate, mound the potatoes, and place the pork next to it. Arrange slices of pickled cucumbers and cherry tomatoes on the edge of the plate. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
