- Pork Blood - 24.7 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Clove - 3 pieces
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 spoons
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ spoons
- Oregano - to taste
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients: honey, soy sauce, olive oil, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, dried garlic, and pepper. Add salt to taste. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the skillet well. Pour in a little vegetable oil. Add the meat along with all the marinade. Add cinnamon and cloves. Stir well.
Step 4
Sauté uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the marinade reduces and the meat caramelizes.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook until done. Check for doneness by removing and cutting a piece of meat.
