Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Dried Dill Stems - 1 teaspoon
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown for 2-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm, covered with foil.
Step 2
In the skillet, melt the butter, add the onion sliced into thin half-rings, and sauté until soft for 5 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, flour, paprika, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour in the broth and cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the sour cream and dill. Pour over the meat and serve.
