Description
Pork in Potato Coat
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Pork Blood - 21.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces, pound, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and be sure to squeeze out the excess moisture! Finely chop the onion, garlic, and herbs, and add them to the potatoes. Mix well, beat in the eggs, add the flour, and salt. Mix again thoroughly.
Step 3
Fry the pork in the potato coat in a skillet until golden brown. The bottom layer is the potato coat, then the meat, and finally another layer of the coat on top.
Step 4
Place the fried pork in the coat into a baking dish, pour sour cream over it, and bake in the oven until fully cooked.
