- Pork tenderloin - 2 lbs
- 20% Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 5 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
- Water - 2 glasses
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork tenderloin into even pieces.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet.
Step 3
Place the meat in a hot skillet and sauté for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add spices to taste.
Step 5
Pour in enough water to just cover the meat.
Step 6
Sauté for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Place the sour cream in a deep bowl, add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic.
Step 8
Mix the sauce well.
Step 9
Add the resulting sauce to the pan with the meat and simmer for another 15–20 minutes.
