Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 0.2 oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 6.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Starch film - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Sake - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the sliced pork in soy sauce and sake for 10 minutes, then coat each piece in starch. Fry well until golden brown in preheated oil at 338°F.
Step 2
Boil the carrot in boiling water. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water.
Step 3
Pour oil into a preheated wok. Cut the vegetables into 2x2 cm cubes. Add onion, shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot one by one, quickly stir-frying and mixing constantly.
Step 4
Add the previously cooked pork to the sauce, mix in the vegetables, and stir thoroughly.
