Ingredients
- Onion - 2 lbs
- Water - 1½ l
- Pork Neck - 4 lbs
- Vinegar essence - 3 spoons
- Salt - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into chunks and the onion into thick rings. Layer them in a pot, seasoning the meat with pepper. Prepare the marinade by mixing water, salt, vinegar, and sugar, then pour it over the meat. Cover the pot and refrigerate it overnight.
Step 2
Heat the coals. Skewer the meat mixed with onions and grill until fully cooked. Before serving, drizzle with wine.
