  • Pork tenderloin - 17.6 oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Orange juice concentrate - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix yogurt, orange juice, coriander, turmeric, cumin, salt, and ginger. Add the meat cut into small pieces, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.

Step 2

Preheat the grill or barbecue. Remove the meat from the marinade and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Step 3

Skewer the meat and grill for about 10 minutes, turning until cooked through.
