Ingredients
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Apricot Jam - ½ cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pork tenderloin - 24.7 oz
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces. Peel the red onion and cut it into 8 pieces. Peel the apple and cut it into 8 wedges.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix the jam, vinegar, tomato paste, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with onion and apple. Brush the skewers with the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook, turning, for 6–8 minutes.
