- Pork Skewers - 8 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut and pound the meat.
Step 2
Mix the cheese with the crushed garlic.
Step 3
Place a spoonful of cheese on each chop, then add the sliced mushrooms.
Step 4
Gather the edges of the chops into a pouch and tie with string (you can also use a toothpick).
Step 5
Place each pouch in foil shaped like a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and transfer to a baking dish, covering with foil.
