- Light Beer - 1 qt
- Smoked pork knuckle - 3 lbs
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Oregano - 0.5 teaspoons
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander essential oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - 2 teaspoons

Step 1
Mix 1 liter of beer with oregano, cumin, and coriander in a bowl.
Step 2
Place the pork knuckle in this mixture and cover with a weight.
Step 3
Marinate the knuckle in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Step 4
After marinating, place the pot with the knuckle in the marinade on low heat.
Step 5
Cook the pork knuckle for three hours on low heat, adding water as needed to ensure the knuckle is always slightly covered with liquid.

Peel the garlic and cut it into 3-4 cloves.
Step 7
Make 15 incisions in the knuckle with a knife, insert the garlic cloves into the incisions, and brush the knuckle with mustard and honey.

Baking in the oven: preheat to 302°F, place the knuckle in a baking dish, and pour over the marinade.
Step 9
Bake the knuckle for 1.5 hours.
