- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Thyme - ½ bunches

Step 1
Using a blender, finely chop the Parmesan cheese, peeled garlic cloves, a bunch of basil, and a tablespoon of mustard.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture.
Step 3
Make large cuts in the meat every 2-3 cm and fill them with the stuffing.
Step 4
Place thyme around the meat, wrap it in foil, and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at 329°F.
