Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Goat cheese - 2.3 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the pork loin in the skillet.
Step 3
Season with salt and fry for about 4 minutes on high heat.
Step 4
Flip it over.
Step 5
Season with salt and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the mixed peppers and reduce the heat to low.
Step 7
Cover with a lid and simmer for 10–12 minutes.

Melt the butter in the skillet.
Step 9
Add the gorgonzola and set to medium heat.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and simmer until the cheese melts.

Add the cream and mix well.

Arrange the sliced vegetables on a plate. Place the cooked pork loin on top.

Spread the cheese and cream sauce over the pork loin.

Season with mixed peppers and serve.
