Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 0.1 oz
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Potato - 4 lbs
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Honey - 2 spoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Thyme - 1.8 oz
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Pickled garlic - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade: combine 100 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, minced garlic, garlic salt, and the juice of one orange. Mix everything together and add thyme leaves for flavor.
Step 2
Make small cuts in the pork loin, drizzle with marinade, and rub it in well. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.
Step 3
For the glaze: thoroughly mix 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of 1 lemon, and 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Wrap the meat in foil and place it in the oven at 356°F for one hour. After an hour, slightly open the foil and continue baking for another hour, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.
Step 5
For the side dish, prepare the potatoes: boil them until almost tender, about 10–15 minutes. Then, melt some butter in a skillet and sauté the potatoes until golden brown. You can add garlic salt and fresh thyme leaves.
