- Pork tenderloin - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dried parsnip - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the soy sauce and flour.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps, then add finely chopped garlic and dried herbs.
Step 3
Cut the pork loin into pieces about 2 cm thick, cover with plastic wrap, and pound well. The area of each piece should roughly double, while the thickness should decrease accordingly.
Step 4
Dip the pounded pork pieces into the batter and place them in a preheated skillet with oil.
Step 5
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
