Pork Loin in Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Sumac - ½ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Potato - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the pork loin in the skillet and season with salt. Sear on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the vegetables.
Step 4
Flip the pork loin and season with salt. Sear for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Flip again. Add the pepper mix.
Step 6
Add half of the sumac and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Cover and simmer for about 7–9 minutes.
Step 8
Flip and add the pepper mix and the remaining sumac.
Step 9
Top with a mixture of mustard and mayonnaise.
Step 10
Thinly slice the Parmesan cheese.
Step 11
Cover the meat and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Step 12
Place the Parmesan slices on top.
Step 13
Cover and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 14
Arrange the prepared vegetables on a plate. Place the cooked pork loin on top and serve. You can add a little more pepper to taste.
