This recipe is equally good for preparing pork loin as well as for making pork, beef, or lamb ribs.

- Pork tenderloin - 52.9 oz
- Pork fat - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 24.7 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces along the ribs.
Step 2
Rub the portioned pieces with salt and spices.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings or half-rings. It can be cut quite coarsely.
Step 4
In a heavily heated cauldron, render the fat from the previously cut pieces of pork fat. Remove the cracklings.
Step 5
Drop the portioned pieces of meat into the hot fat and fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Add the onion, cover the cauldron with a lid. Reduce the heat to the minimum and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
