Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 1⅕ kg
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Napa Cabbage - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Toasted Cumin Seeds - ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add soy sauce, sugar, and cumin, and sauté the pork chops, cooking for one minute on each side. Transfer the chops to a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for ten minutes.
Step 2
In the sauce remaining in the pan, sauté the cabbage, cut into thick strips, for one minute. Season with pepper, cilantro, and lemon juice. Serve with roasted pork loin.
